A cozy stay in the heart

The location was fantastic, right in the city center, making it easy to explore Maastricht! The staff were welcoming, and the clean room had everything we needed.

However, the windows didn't open properly, making it feel a bit stuffy at times. I also noticed that the elevator had some minor issues during our stay, which was concerning.

tiny windows

what a disappointment. the elevator was slow and made me wait uncomfortably, and the tiny windows in my room were downright ridiculous, almost like a cell. plus, when I complained about not receiving a welcome gift for my troubles, staff acted like they had better things to do. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

The folks here were just the nicest, real welcoming and friendly. Our room was small but clean, and oh man, the shower had good pressure. But, wish they'd had a kettle for some hot tea to warm up after a long day. Would stay here again no doubt!

We loved the hotel's fantastic location. It was just a 7-minute walk from the bus stop, perfect for our family. The kids had a ball exploring the nearby area, and the vibrant atmosphere made our stay memorable. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when we needed directions.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities like a mini-fridge for snacks.

Had a great time with my friends! The location is perfect. We enjoyed performances by André Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra nearby. Our room was clean and cozy, and getting to the bus stop was just a quick 7-minute walk. Definitely a budget-friendly spot worth recommending for group trips!

We did face a minor issue with a broken step in the hallway, which could have been fixed during our stay. It didn’t ruin our trip, but it’s something for the hotel to address.
